Ladies Lifting Club is not a gym. It’s a movement

We are a women-only strength training club built specifically for real life. Moms. Professionals. Women in their 30s, 40s, 50s+ who want to lose fat, build muscle, and feel proud of the woman they see in the mirror without spending hours in the gym or following miserable diet rules.

This is not a bootcamp.
This is not cardio.
This is not “how many calories can I burn?”

This is intelligent strength training, progressive overload, metabolic health, and sustainable results.

We offer structured small-group strength training at the following times:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:00 AM

Wednesday & Friday
6:30 AM

Tuesday & Thursday
9:00 AM

Saturday & Sunday
7:00 AM

Members choose consistent training days so you get results, accountability, and a true training rhythm, not random workouts.
